Measures: 

School Pride -- A student at each school (ES and MS/HS) will be identified monthly for their School Pride by the board.

Continuity of systems -- In each Operations department it will be the expectation of each department to maintain a continuity of expectations amongst each department.

MID YEAR UPDATE:

Athletics

-Over 50% of our MS/HS students participated in Fall Athletics/Activities. 

-Volleyball and Football both made the league playoffs

Maintenance

-Buildings are being maintained regularly

-Signage around the district has been implemented

-Gravel at the bus barn was put down to have a more level space for our Transportation Department

-Preschool drop off area was revamped to create safer Drop-off/Pick-Up for our students

-Basketball hoops at the elementary school were put in

-New Bleachers for sports fields have been purchased and deployed

Food Service

-New Recipes for food for our students

-Re-organizing department to be more efficient

-Using up monies from local farms grant to have better ingredients in food

-Wellness Committee is meeting on a quarterly basis

-Creating more flexible food service programs

Transportation

-Managing the daily route system and handling special transportation requests

-Purchase of a new van

-Managing the transportation portion of the Athletic Co-Op

-Supporting the safety of the team and advocating for gravel in transportation area

-Completion of WSP inspections

-Managing the fleet of district vehicles

Business Office/District Support Team

-Developing and communicating HR and Business office protocols to operate the district more seamlessly

Technology

-Maintaining our Tech inventory and infrastructure
